Accessing Shares

There are two sides to sharing secured content: one author to one or more recipients.

AUTHORS

Authors are users who create and share content from their mobile device using Foursure®. As stated, free users can access shared content. Paid authors can secure it, control it, and manage it from within the COMMAND center.

SELECT -> SECURE -> CONTROL ->  SHARE

RECIPIENTS

Recipients are free users who receive and consume shared content from Foursure®, via links, social media, emails, messages or files shared from the author to one or more recipients. When a recipient taps a Foursure® share wherever they encounter it, the app will rollover and authenticate the user, apply factors and controls, and then either give or deny access to the recipient user. 

TAP -> AUTHENTICATE ->  ACCESS OR DENIED 

Recipients can also access shares from their share browser which shoes all ACCESSED or received shares. Simple scroll to the share and tap to open, access or re-access if valid and permitted. Thumbnails in the share window show the share ID and file type, and are sorted in reverse order, newest at the top. You can click SELECT and CLEAR to delete incoming shares to clean out your "inbox" or queue, if desired.
