What happens if I lose my device or lock myself out of the app?
If you lock yourself out of the app by setting personal factors you cannot fulfill or have forgotten, or for any other reason, simply delete and reinstall the app. You will re-register with the same email, get a new OOB (email) PIN to enter, and your account will be restored. You will need to reset new personal factors, but your share history and monetization account will be intact.
If you lose your device, simply register again from another device, confirm the OOB to your email account, restore your purchases, and go to settings to delete all your shares or cancel your account, which will delete your logins from any other device. Then, simply re-register again with the same or new email and you are safe to continue sharing and controlling your content.
If you plan to sell or give away your device, simply delete the app and be sure to log out of your OS App Store, reset the phone to factory settings or any other suggested protocols by the manufacturer.
Then, simply register again from a new device, restore your purchases/subscription and resume sharing and controlling.
If you cancel your account, you will lose your share and monetization history and account, and will need to start from scratch.
