If your FourSure® links do not open properly on your device, but instead render in the browser with prompts to get the app or download with Foursure®, chances are your host app (where the link was tapped) is set to open links only in Safari, Chrome or another browser. At first FS link launch, you will likely be asked if you want to open this with FOURSURE or SAFARI:
Please choose FOURSURE. Once this is set, you should never have to do it again, unless your OS, app or browser is reinstalled. If so, long-press on the item and you should be prompted to respond again with your preference.
Unlike other short codes or files, FourSure® content can only be opened authentically with the FourSure® app, not as a browser page, webpage or popup.
