ACCESS DENIED
Normally, a user is blocked from accessing an author's share due to failure to authenticate, control denial, share deleted, max downloads, share expired, invalid location or a combination of these.
Authors have the right to delete shares they have created or modify access controls. Authors may set time or location limits for access, max available copies, or even simply revoke further access.
MAX DOWNLOADS
In addition, you. may reach. maximum downloads for a given share. The normal limit for re-download is 5x per 24 hours:
This policy is designed to prevent bots and scripts from attempting multiple share access attempts or denial of service attacks. If you have tried and failed 5x, but intend on passing authentication or control approval, you may have to wait till the next day to access the share. Or, if you have passed authentication and tried to download a valid share more than 5x in a day, you will have to wait till the following 24 hours to try again. This approach is undertaken out of an abundance of caution to protect the user, author, share and platform.
