Content Types

Foursure® supports multiple types of content, including photos, files, images, videos, documents, PDFs, binaries, text files and and typed or pasted text from the share create window. To select content, simply tap the + sign and begin.

To select a photo or video from your phone, simply choose photo or video from the menu and navigate your phone's native media apps like Photos (iOS). Foursure® supports up to 10 photos, audio or files per share, 10MB each for a total of 100MB. FourSure® supports up to 5 (five) minutes of video per share (with compression). Multiple photos, music and files can be added to a share to create a multi-file share or playlist with a single thumbnail, title, caption and set of security, controls and monetization rules. You cannot mix file types within a multi-files share. 

To select a file from a storage location like local files, cloud storage, shared storage or 3rd party locations such as Dropbox, OneDrive, iCloud or Box, simply choose files and navigate your mobile OS folder or app system to choose the content. As with media, Foursure® supports files of almost any type, up to 100 MB, but without compression.  As with content from the photos or video app, only one video per share and up to 10 photos, songs or files per share when chosen from this method. 

To enter text, links, paste in text or type by keyboard or voice dictation (if supported) simply LONG PRESS the share window + sign and enter a free form window where you can type, paste or dictate text entry, links or entire passages. 

Once selected, the content chosen will be encrypted and stored on the blockchain, infused with authentication, security, control and monetization factors as selected. The content will be transformed into a "share" which is automatically added to your clipboard as well as presented as a short-code for easy sharing with your peers over social, messaging and other communication mediums.
